For anyone whos unaware obviously creating a second account when banned for good reason will just get you banned again.

Hmmm, but how will they get customer support if they are banned? Banned people seem to still be buying products.

It would be nice you allowed a way for them to have support, maybe a forum area called Prison, or something like that Where they can message with their normal, banned account, but only admins can reply.

@Cyanide would that be possible to do? Maybe you don't even allow them to login right now, so I'm aware it could be a lot of work to do, unless some plugin by chance does something similar to that.

But it feels a bit sad if they have absolutely no way to make up for what they did, and unfair if they cannot get customer support, even they are still buying new products.

They are only banned from the forum which doesn't constitute whether they get customer support or not. If they have actual technical difficulty there is actually a way to contact with a form through email which Ben and , I assume, Cyanide check. This is done through the main site so people can still get customer support if they want. They just can't post on the forum anymore. As to whether they would have some kind of prison thing where they can do "time" or something to that matter then comeback to the forum.. eh not sure if they would even contemplate that. From what I've seen of many people who get banned they get a warning (or multiple warnings in the case of some people), then they get a temporary ban, and then if they still can't control themselves they get perma banned. Way I see it If you get up to a temp ban and know that if you keep crossing the line your going to get perma banned yet you continue to "choose" not to use some self control then that isn't exactly their fault. At that point that's on you. At least that's my opinion on it.
