Completed day 3 of hybrid 3.2a 2nd round.
I was at a bbq tonight a few ladies no one that i was interested in but no interest from them either spoke to a couple didnt really try to talk to others didnt feel like needed to make the effort to do so but was relaxed.
A couple things i do believe 3.2a is doing compared to 3.2b on b i would wake up on 3-4 hours sleep all the time i could wake up at 5am every morning just because at the time thats when i decided to listen to the track but i was finding i was waking up without an alarm not really tired either.
3.2a is a very different story i have added 3 kilos in just over 2 weeks, i seem to be eating a lot of food and not much are good. On top of that sleeping a lot i wake up at 8-9am have no energy at all to even want to get out of bed, getting to the gym is an impossible task just because got no energy to do anything and the times i do force myself there has been a struggle.
I thought i was coming down with something but that wasnt the case its just 3.2a drains me of energy has me eating all the wrong foods and in large amounts and its now becoming very frustrating as i was getting to the gym daily and most days twice a day with energy left over on track a if i make it to the gym twice in a week thats pretty good.
I havent noticed any dreams or any changes apart from the relaxed carefree attitude but that hasnt helped me with talking to strangers too much unless they initate which is rare, that was also seen on 3.2b though but its suggested to stay on 3.2a for 28 days or 4 cycles but if my energy is so drained im unable to do anything im not sure i will be able to do that, atleast on b i had plenty of energy and never tired.
I kept thinking it was other things but it seems its clear 3.2a is what is making me so tired as before i started i was full of energy.
