I noticed that when I started on 3.2A listening to the trickling stream masked track before going to bed that it would make me sleepy and I would sleep a bit better. Still wake up dozens of times in the night but it seemed to help me go to sleep. Now i've changed to the hybrid im finding it a bit more stimulating for some reason and its taking ages to fall asleep.
I tried listening in the morning and it would make me feel awful during the day so that's why I changed to nights.
Im not really noticing the exhaustion and excessive sleepiness during the day like others here are. I usually get narcoleptic during the day anyway even before I started DMSI but it doesn't seem so bad at the moment. Could I be resisting in some way? would this explain why im not getting exhausted?
