I have noticed that sometimes in the past, I know what you mean. But i've learnt with myself with subliminals and sometimes other internal work that if I have this strong urge to goto bed early then I need the sleep and usually I feel better after doing so.
Damn man.. that sucks. I do have trouble sleeping sometimes. It's been better since i've been having NAC (n-acetyl cyestine), ZMA and niacinamide before going to bed. But sometimes that still doesn't help.
I listen in the morning, usually an hour or so after getting up.
