Is the procrastination module present in version A of DMSI? I've seen men report its affects on B, but not on A. It's not mentioned specifically in the sales page either.

As mentioned before, the only difference between A and B is that A has H&C scripting enabled, and B relies entirely on the Optimus Engine to achieve whatever H&C is necessary.

So if you're seeing it in B and not in A then you're seeing guys focusing on either H&C or self sabotaging to avoid H&C.
