Before I started 3.2 B, I ran Exercise Motivation 5.5 and weighed 182 lbs/82.55 kgs.
After one month of 3.2 B, I weighed 204 lbs/92.53 kgs.
Reading my journal, I am reminded that my hours from night shift was switched to day shift for mandatory hazardous materials training. Also, since starting 3.2 B I have been working 6 days a week, mandatory.
It dawned on me why I gained weight. Just the other day a woman gave me a giant chocolate chip cookie and the next day she gave me a chocolate covered pretzel. I gave both away after she left. When I started thinking about this... women at work have been giving me sweets on a daily basis while on 3.2 B. Given how tired I was from the hours change for training and the extra day of work, I automatically ate it for the sugar rush to stay awake.
Edit to add:
While listening to 3.2 B. No matter how much space there was/is between me and the walls in the room. Women gravitated towards me and made physical contact by brushing past me or putting their hand on me as to make room to pass by. Always saying, "Excuse me." In most cases, we were the only two in the room and... it was always a different woman.
LOL
