DMSI - Track A is now released.

Do we have to finish our 14 days of B before we can start using side A with its loops?
Not in a big rush, but I want to make sure that it's done correctly.

It should be okay to just switch over, as long as you plan on staying with A for at least a month straight.

Hmm on past versions I would have said just switch. But in this case i'm unsure since the secondary ASRB is different. Shannon can answer that when he comes online.

It's interesting that Version A is 7 days on. In my mind it makes me think of the power of the healing, but i'm not sure if it means anything really.

Version A makes it more likely i'll use it. I respond better to the more gentle approach over the authoritative approach. But i'm still trying to to focus on other things, but it's a struggle to resist haha.

The more frequent days off mean there is more need for rest and processing time. H&C all the way.

So based on the above I will start track A today.

I did 1 day of B yesterday but today will begin my A listening.

A: 1 loop for 7 days, 1 day off and repeat.

Results after 30days of B = No Fapping.
