Two loops US over my S7 last night.
No obvious results today.
Stress levels are up again over the disciplinary situation. I have yet another meeting on Friday about it. I'm feeling a lot less company and a lot more belligerent this time though.
Going to tell my boss tomorrow about standing down from my management role. We're on a training day together, so I'll have some time to discuss it with him.
