I feel like now, I'm half executing. I haven't edged not even once since I started B (18 days ago). I've been on semen retention for 116 days now, but for the majority of my duration, I had this bad edging habit. But yeah, all that is killed, and no more desire to do so. I uninstalled instagram during the TID days and now have no urges to look at female pics (nude or non-nude). I've been going out like 4 times a week now. Getting at least 20 looks a day, way more than I ever did in the past, and a lot of these girls are solid 10s who would never notice me before. Also girls on dates keep bringing up to hang out again, although no sex yet. But I feel like I might be close and the dam could burst at any moment.
It may reach the goal faster, but that depends on how much and how effectively you resist it. Use that sexual energy to achieve the goals of the program. That's the point of having no masturbation...
