Day 10 - Update 1 (Monday 5th March 2018)
Time: 3.26pm
Feel better than yesterday so far. Yesterday felt so stressed/tension in the head and unrelaxed. Today feel good and not so angst.
I woke around mid-day/noon/ 12pm, have eaten breakfast and was messaging pornchat girl before coming here.
Today is no uni day so will try and fix myself up and not procrastinate even though my plan isnt to study :/ lol but to do chores around the apartment or my stuff to plan for the week of uni.
So what happened with the pornchat girl?
well she kept logging on and off. so we didnt really get to chatting properly. She said she may talk to me on her way home from work if she can in her car which im doubting. She said she will download an app so we can text each other without swapping numbers but she isnt rushing to do that so im not holding out much for her now.
I have replied to her and added some messages for her to reply on the pornsite chat we be using but other than that, theres nothing else to report.
I havent fapped and its now 10days. I do still go to porn sites but im not watching any porn unless im curious which is if theres a celeb porn but even then im not neccessarily eager to fap.
I did however feel the urge to fap yesterday and this morning but even im curious as to how long I dont and whether this is DMSI. I hope there is some benefit from not fapping, I know many claim so many different things and honestly as long as I become a better lover then thats all that counts in that trouser department lol
That being said, I am now going to try and reduce my caffeine intake. I only drink coke zero or tea and hardly any water. From now I wil try to just drink water or green tea and reduce said caffeine both for health but also for DMSI to work more.
I will listen to DMSI's loop of today later around 9pm as usual but I need to now shift it earlier so that I can also get back on track with fixing my sleep.
If you have been reading my journal from the start you will know I have to fix my sleep and get 9hrs sleep again both for health/uni and also DMSI.
For this I must sleep eventually by 8pm and wake at 5.30-6am.
I also want to fix my diet too and get exercising again. All of these were goals from 1st year, 2 years ago so dont for a moment think this is DMSI cos I know its not but what is DMSI is what im hoping to see soon.
I have also been thinking about Track A. I know track A has everything of track B, including the self esteem and anti-procrastination and the wall but it also has the healing and clearing so makes logical sense to me to move to that for the added healing and cleaning up which can only help speed up my results I hope.
I need clear definite evidence that DMSI is working and that im not stonewalling. So far the no fap seems to be an indication but its not enough as I have had days and weeks of no fapping since being here in uni.
I cannot be sure but I think I have not fapped maybe for 1week, 2 weeks or maximum 4weeks since being in uni.
Prior to that my ultimate record that I remember was 6months and that was because of a oneitis I had to 1 girl I was always chatting to on the phone who I thought I would honour by holding back until we fucked.
We didnt get to the fucking stage as she was too into her ex and I met her long after having attracted her so past her boiling point as such.
Which makes me think that some getting success from DMSI are handsome attractive guys such as the member roaring lion so since I know im not at all attractive to the opposite sex, due to being overweight, an older mature student at uni and hair loss....then im eager to see how DMSI fixes me up or works for me.
So far no fapping is not an indication to me but I have nothing else to do but hope and continue that 1 day will cause me to leap from success to success eventually hoping that the next leap will be the leap home...
