Stage 4, Day 7:
- Marital drama, I kept it short and to the point, made one statement and said what I had to and ended the conversation. Especially now, I’m not wasting energy going back and forth with anyone.
- Alpha male body language continuing to sharpen.
- Significantly reduced appetite since starting this stage. I could eat once a day and be good.
