Im back, back on here and back in europe after my break with the family.
I havent listened to MLS so its enough of a break from that.
It hasnt worked, whether that be due to not getting enough exposure to it consistently or due to it not working on me for 101 other reasons.
That being said I plan and have been planning ways to make procrastination harder, by planning alternative places to study next semester (which starts next week).
I also know that MLS isnt the sub it was made out to be.
With all the bells and whistles in it, even with less exposure it hasnt affected me and I think Zane is correct in understanding how these subs work on him and perhaps he and I are similar in many ways.
I will think now how to move forward.
I have made a schedule and plan as to how I want to tackle the next 15weeks of Uni before the exams start in June.
I have spoken to a academic tutor in the USA, for the past 2 days who has given me some insights and advice as to what has worked for him.
I have also been in touch with other academic coaches in the USA for the past year, hoping to get a session with them to focus on my study skills.
I however have been given a life line by the top coach in this organisation in purchasing a learning kit with videos and instructions to help learning and studying backed by the latest scientific research so I will consider if I want to purchase or can afford the cost for this.
I have been in touch with a personal trainer here in this city I study in. I found him before xmas and was due to meet him today but he had to reschedule until tomorrow. I will meet him tomorrow to discuss dietary changes i want to incorporate into my school week.
All the above has been due to my persistent nature in wanting to fix myself and fix my bad habits.
I have always been someone wanting to better himself and always found resources but the actual implementation has been difficult.
I thus spent many hours in January procrastinating but yet researching how success is achieved and the real answer is daily consistent habit - whether 5mins daily or hours daily, the key is daily daily daily.
I dont believe I have been stonewalling any subs consciously and if it has been subconscious then something inside of me is stronger than the subs sold here which is a shame.
However I do believe that the advice given to me by Zane is correct and the anxiety I felt around exam time leading to my procrastination needs to be dealt with so I may consider purchasing ASA sub.
I have also decided to try and stay here in europe until June, rather than go back home and break my cycle of sleep and efforts thus any sub I play now will have consistent listen I hope.
I am doing and have done all that I can and hoped that the subs had worked on me as they seem to on you all.
The only sub that gave me dreams seemed to be E2, and that was 2 dreams so perhaps that or a stronger healing sub is required rather than a sub dealing with MLS.
I therefore will either listen to ASA while doing whatever I can consciously/daily (as per above) in the hope that I made consistent action and hope that with ASA the road ahead and the next step to take will be clearer.
Let me reiterate, I am not relying on subs, I was hoping that subs would help clear my inner issues around fears and procrastination. If they cannot help me then I dont see how subs work at all.
I will try again to make conscious movement daily towards my studying and self development goals and each day and week tweak my actions I hope to make the next day and week that much easier and better but yes I will hope that whichever sub I use helps make it easier in some way or help me to advance quicker.
Feel free to share your views and comment as it always helps me to learn to help myself.
