Interesting Matt, I wonder if I should up my loops too then.
Today in sales I killed it. Got 28 and could have gotten a LOT more except some of the houses I was knocking had already been sold.
Still, 28 is great. I was in the f*cking zone. No one could resist me. I even sold to people who were speaking another language and just using hand signals and explaining to them in baby talk, like caveman language. Primitive as f*ck but super effective.
I also knocked on a door where the woman was gorgeous and I thought "oh shit, this one won't go through because she's hot and she'll try to be all feminazi" but I got that one too. Afterward she commented to me "You're a very good communicator"
Yes I am. moke:
Anyhow, this all brings into question my "DMSI=bad sales ability" logic, because even though I didn't listen to dmsi last night, it must still be playing in my subconscious and blooming all day today.
I think I'll risk using DMSI tonight to see what happens.
I swear the vibe is different and it f*cks with my sales ability, but I don't know anymore.
I'm reading the book "Principles" by Ray Dalio and in it he talks about how he makes decisions. He's a billionaire btw, but the book is full of his principles for life. A lot of them are things like "face reality as it is" "have radical transparency" "look to nature and learn how reality works" stuff like that. It's all about learning constantly from the feedback you get in life so you can make better decisions and get better results. All good things.
So yeah, trying to incorporate that.
With regards to sales, I have to do all the things Ray does with sales, which means I have to look at what is happening, what kinds of reactions I get at what times and in what states, and etc.
Because of this, I was seeing the "DMSI=Bad sales ability" trend. Literally nothing seemed to shake my sales ability except DMSI. Of course, today's results contradict that, so I have to be real, take my emotions out of it, and accept that, even though DMSI is still running and blooming in my SubC atm, I was still able to get great sales results, which means it is NOT DMSI (at least, not very likely)
Anyhow, that was just a bit of background for anyone who wonders why the Anti-DMSI stuff recently.
I'm not afraid to admit I'm wrong though. I'm also not afraid to change my approach or my beliefs if need be.
Also, as much as is possible without giving away private details, I'm going to try and be completely candid from now on. But I think I already do that.
EDIT: One of the things that doesn't make sense to me (and that I don't buy) is the idea that DMSI can make you worse while making you better. To me, it's all surface-level. When you're doing sales and you sign somebody up, you don't think ":hmm, now, did they REALLY want to buy or are they playing some kind of game?" there's no shit like that. It's either a sale or not.
Same for everything imo. It's either a sale or it isn't. It's either a success, or it is a hindrance. My only question for subs is which one are they? Does DMSI hinder or help me?
