Do you lower the number of loops, or do you keep paving on with the same plan, even increasing the loops to as much as you can take it? I've been preferring the latter, since my life is extremely routine and isolated right now, so I can afford to process more negative stuff and handle exhaustion, etc..just so I can have faster results and blast through the resistance asap. Is this inadvisable though?
The resistance (or they could simply be realizations, idk) that I've experienced so far: guilt and self-shame about my life and circumstances, massive fear of people have been unearthed with the realization that soon I will have to go out there, remove my mask, and "expose" myself. And massive anxiety to change my life asap, feeling that I'm running out of time. And extreme worry that I will accidentally deviate from the subs instructions and recommendations for them to optimally work, hence I've been spending the last 15 hours making sure I'm using the subs correctly and have the right equipment, etc. testing...and I'm still worried to death that life will somehow f it up.
As I said in previous threads what worked for me was to take a break for a week and then begin again. Four weeks DMSI take a weeks break and then does myself with another four weeks again.
