With brainwave meditation you don't want to do it while doing other things. It's designed to do it like normal meditation, sitting or lying down with your eyes closed. That may be why you didn't get that relaxed. With brainwaves some days i'd get relaxed, some days I just couldn't at all and it seemed to go forever.

It says 32 days each. And by the sound of it you just want to listen once. With brainwave meditation you want to use headphones and sitting or laying with your eyes closed. On speakers doesn't have the desired effect for this.

And what I got from the instructions Level 1-5 are best on awakening and the 6-10 before going to sleep.
