Alpha Male isn't about returning a man to homeostasis, really, because in this case homeostasis is "what is", and we want it to be "what Alpha is" instead. Alpha is designed to emotionally and mentally detoxify a man, make him strong and healthy in himself, and then build him back up again. And it does take several run-throughs for some people, but that depends on where you are starting from. Natrually, not everyone will need that, and not everyone will require the same number of times running through the program to achieve the goal.
