Started reading the 'required texts'.
It's best to read them at least 3 times through esp the Alpha Male book. As Shannon says, using the sub is like building a house. Reading the required texts front loads the mind with all the necessary building blocks. It'll make the process a lot faster for you and allow ways of thinking to shift which wouldn't necessarily happen just with the sub alone. Reading three times allows you to extract maximum value.
