Try aromatherapy. Get some natural essential oil, dilute a few drops in water and place it somewhere near your bed. Helps you breath easier through your nose and calm your mucous membranes.
My favorite is rosemary essential oil. Nice fresh smell and interesting properties regarding future memory.
