Day 2.5
Being the weekend I managed to get some quality listening time in. Mostly US. I would say yesterday I easily managed the 21 hours upper limit with around 2 hours with earphones.
Points of note:
Had a generally nice inner positive vibe throughout the day yesterday (subtle but a light inner buzz around my shoulders). Could be just the excitement of going through this program. Regardless it was welcome.
Felt quite on point at work (banter was direct and confident) although did have some flashes of irritability although thought I managed them quite well (assertiveness & humour).
Just met a girl I know (8/10) who I have never met outside of pub/night out. She knows I'm somewhat interested in her, as in I'd hook up with her.. but I think I've been friendzoned a while back. We had a few minutes banter although I just let it flow and it definitely lacked anything really playful.. bordering on interview, too polite... boring conversation. Still it was 'nice' .. and she cut it somewhat short. I think a big ioi is a girl who likes you will generally find an excuse to stay in conversation with you... so not much joy there.
What I'm wondering is... is there any manifestation script in stage 1 or was it just totally random?
Spotted another hottie in and around the shops. Always nice to appreciate beauty in motion. I didn't approach her although I think she may have seen me talking with my friend.. so always good to show some pre-selection.
