Yeah to me, social skills is the ability to "turn oin the charm".
In your examples, both guys have social skills, they just apply it differently.
I'm talking about a sub where those social skills are taught and improved.
Some of us (like me) don't have very good social skills, and neither Joe nor Bob's "method" would work for us.
