As I said it's best to do the whole listening for one of them for the day before going to the other. Otherwise your attention will continually be pulled either way so it won't be as effective.
Splitting up the time as you suggest is fine though at different times of the day. This only applies to 4g/5g though, 5.5g is different in that you need to do all the loops at one time.
