Stay strong man. I have been there before and am going through this again right now. To grow stronger, you have to become weaker, first. To build something new and tall, you have to tear down what was there before. Don't do anything foolish that you may come to regret later--just try to stay above it all, stay calm, and remember--you are worth the changes that are coming your way--and I assure you, good changes are coming!
