Usually you don't want to use two Type D (manifestation) programs together, but these 2 are an exception.
You want to complete listening of 1 before going to the other, not alternating. Atleast 8 hours for one and 4+ hours for the other.
As for the iphone, I can't say unfortunately as I don't have one.. but if it's anything like my ipod I assume you can just setup a playlist.
