I may have come across this information due to your MLS run, who knows? Perhaps you're *learning* how to overcome ED? There could be so many side benefits to MLS that are making it a multiple use sub...anyway, I digress.
Pistachios. I came across a study that shows a statistically significant improvement in erection quality over 3 weeks of consuming 100 grams of pistachios/day. Couldn't hurt to try (unless you loathe pistachios).
