How did you came up with this idea? 4G is already twice as powerful as 3G, so running 4G at 45% would be about equal to 3G. Not to speak of 5G and 5.5G.
Not to mention that as powerful as this level of 5.5G is, it is still significantly more powerful than 5G even in mono.
