Day - 41
Listening hour-08 hours
Seems fear is lesser than previous but not yet completely removed... Yet I feel some fears like "fear of office boss", "fear of financial problem", "fear of complexity", "fear of high", "fear of becoming jobless", "fear of failure", "fear of success" etc. But they are not strongly appear to me as they appeared in last couple of weeks... will take some time to completely removed... Is there any conscious training for remove fear? That can help me to remove them from my conscious level and enhance the cleaning.
Can't concentrate in study.. have to make a plan for future reading and career development... frequently losing concentration... mind is filled with different unusual thinking...
Problem of keeping patience still exists... Can't keep patience on anything..
Need to have sex but can't found anyone for that...
Suffering for stomach problem...taking medicine but yet not completely cured.
