Ability to research and enjoy research. Part of studying is actually exposing yourself to the information. This involves first researching information, whether it be in books finding the right pages etc, or online finding the right google links, sites, websites, content within websites, videos etc
So the ability to research well, enjoy long hours of research and then the ability to accurately extract and organise this information separately to make an efficient and comprehendible reading guide/study guide etc. thanks
So actively researching and actively reading large large volumes of data/pages/books as well as watching and listening to videos/lectures/seminars/webinars etc
something to make this fun, enjoyable, energetic not tedious, time management to incorporate this and finally....
to fit in review time to go over what you have read and made notes on or practised etc
I for example seldomly go over whatever I have read, or written such as notes. I don't review and if I do I always go back to reread reunderstand and therefore I'm always re-learning again and again.
very inefficient and poor. A far more efficient and conducive way must be used.
1 more thing its vitally important that this sub is possible can extend time, so that the stress of time, the stress of not having enough time, energy and such things do not get in the way of mental energy and use our energy.
All of this can be applied to all forms of learning, some love to start and start, some do not go over what they have read, made notes on or practised and some feel there isn't enough time or energy to start or continue.
healthy sleep, healthy eat (which will have a side effect of having a healthy toned body which every university student craves for sure) and healthy habits and disciplines are essential to be a good learner.
confidence in learning too, not just learning but confidence in going to a library or seminar or lecture to learn (confidence to overcome fears and anxieties such as social etc), confidence to do it alone without friends or peers or help, confidence to spread in other areas of life so that the confidence for learning is further boosted.
DMSI seems to have snipers etc so snipers to affect people or events in life to enable you to learn smoothly, without hassle and stress.
thanks
ps: while I study this has come to mind:
1) A sense of urgency (could be related to time management). While doing anything from online shopping to studying or researching I take far too long to get through things, and it needs to speed up. according to brian tracy, self development guru, most high achievers have a high sense of urgency, they move from task to task, appointment to appointment, things to things to get them done because they value time and their own time.
2) Organising and time management such as scheduling and To-Do lists. If you have things to do then you must get organised in order to do them and this is very much in line with studying and learning because without managing this you don't get much done.
3) Clearing: The greatest clearing possible, ideally equal to DMSI 3.1 or 3.2 even or in-between.
4) Learning, the actual act of reading and trying to make things stick in the mind and make them stick into the memory takes time and effort and energy and this needs to somehow be sped up please.
thank you
just incase I havent said : being able to listen well, focus well, concentrate well in lectures, class, seminars, all forms of presentations etc and doing whatever is necessary with our daily every day routine and diet to achieve this and the high grades etc. thank you
