Excuse making/creating for not studying
Effective prioritising and time management to either study, learn or practice and review work or to complete those obstacles that become excuses before learning/studying etc
Hydration and sleep - optimal for learning such as 2-3 litres a day or 4 if youre size needs it to sleeping 7-9hours a night or more or less as you need. However sometimes we don't know really what we need and are surprised when we don't get the results from drinking enough or sleeping enough so we need the subconscious to instruct our conscious to act on what is actually real and of benefit to us.
Same with diet: remove sugar and simple carbs, focus on protein and fats with only remaining carbs to give us the energy we need. etc
Self-testing/self-quizing. This is the how brain creates memories or learnings. it isn't by rote memorisation so much as self testing apparently.
Clarity. Its 1 thing finding and learning ways to study for example, but if your mind is clouded with all this information then we need clarity to be able to order it and use it for good study habits.
I suppose clarity can work on all levels of learnings too.
