I found that the first 4 months of AM11 cause those around me that were insecure to flee. Later many came back but with new rules in place. I found that for some people I no longer associate with. I also found a "redemption" phase that had me depressed and very insecure. I had ups and for each high an equal low.
I agree, alphas are alpha and go through the same stuff. I think attraction is only a part of alpha, confidence is more important to me.
I look forward to reading about your journey. I admit with the exception of Patti I have had little interest in others journals.
I'm married with children and happy. I have no desire to cultivate an outside relationship which threatens my marriage or family.
