Kundalini isn't just blissful energy rushes up the spine or your base chakra feeling warm (although these are good things)!
It is a very real and sometimes drastic physical experience that will make you fully aware of the invisible world and how it interacts with the 3D physical by bringing on changes in your nervous system.
