My life is on an entirely new level since I last posted. I can positively say that I've developed enough that I no longer need any self-improvement books, videos, or anything. It's a great feeling. It was a combination of subs + releasing + NG.
Will I continue to do subs? Of course. They're a great mental and emotional supplement. But I no long NEED them. I used to do subs with a sense of desperation; hoping and praying that it will solve my problems. Now I can run one sub for months and even a year without giving a shit about it. I just live my life and let it work its magic. Subs DO work, but if you're an emotional wreck with low self-esteem, I would recommend doing something like tapping or releasing on your traumas.
NG is another awesome supplement that heals your issues with women. There's days where I skip doing it because I've healed so much.
I'm just so happy that I'm not the fucked up person I was 3 years ago. I've evolved. You may call me Graveler or Golem.
I hope all of you reach your goals and heal the scars from the past. It's possible! I'm living proof of that. If I can overcome the decades of abuse and have this level of success, you can too.
