This video has some wonderful insights on right practice and myelin regarding learning.Mastering any physical skill takes practice. Practice is the repetition of an action with the goal of improvement, and it helps us perform with more ease, speed, and confidence. But what does practice actually do to make us better at things? Annie Bosler and Don Greene explain how practice affects the inner workings of our brains. Therefore I always request Shannon to make more process oriented action based MLS this time instead of just goal oriented MLS like 5G. This time I want to see myself doing insane level of practice that even I get shocked. Everything if we summarize regarding learning is two skills:
a. Monomaniacal Focus
b. Ridiculous Levels of practice with great accountability to myself to improve further
rest all take care of itself regarding learning, Shannon focus more on these two major issues. I am pretty sure you will figure it out this time.
Look forward to a great awesome learning sub.
