So far, every time I do one of the guided meditations I always tear up during it and I yawn a lot. I read that these are signs of things being released. The way Julien teaches it is to just let whatever comes up be experienced to let it go. He doesn't teach to aim at certain things which is the way I would have gone about it.
No major emotional responses so far. I feel that my subconscious is being resistant by only giving me small pieces at a time, but that's fine. It's getting cleared.
