I personally would take everything with online dating with a grain of salt. Until something happens in reality, it's usually some sort of game playing. Try to keep that in mind and that should keep you out of trouble.
Real life interactions will probably give you a much better chance to have success in general, as well as a far more accurate test for DMSI.
For sure, I agree with these points as they align with my principles too.
I think online dating will be more of a spare time joke around activitiy for me and who knows with DMSI might get a lucky date nearby.
But yeah RL observing IoIs in town, college etc. is the best testing for DMSI.
