I am commenting on you saying you were going to follow the instructions. Those are the instructions. You follow them or not at your own discretion.
I have not looked at what the right ways to use future versions are yet. I usually wait for them to be built first. And everyone has different levels of healing needed, and has different amounts of time using the healing versions.
