The program "Seek The Challenge" is 30 minutes per track. The minimum recommended time to use a subliminal in a given 24 hour period is 4 hours. To see optimal effect, you want 8+ hours, but not more than 12 hours per day. You must use stereo headphones, earbuds or speakers to get full benefit from all of my programs, but any of those three can be used to listen to it. I suggest you prefer speakers, and be extremely careful to calibrate the volume if you use ultrasonics over headphones. I would suggest using a masked track instead, with headphones.
Thank you Shannon, I have one more question. I ordered a custom title and I know you're extremely back logged at the moment. I am not in no hurry, I was just wondering how long of a wait I have for my order (#3073)? Also, how long is the ASC? Do I listen to it for 4-8 hours in a 24 hour period with stereo headphones? I am just realizing that if it takes me literally a week to build a single copy of the weight loss program, that it will take me one week for the standard and one week for each of the customs. (You guys who ordered a custom really got a hell of a good price for a freakin' weeks worth of work! I won't do that again.)
So I think after I build the standard version of weight loss, I will clear the queue of single stage custom orders, and then start working on the weight loss. I should be able to have your order to you in a week or so at that rate.
No problem Shannon, whenever you get around to it is fine by me. I am just trying to decide if I want to wait for the custom ASC I ordered, or go ahead and buy the Seek The Challenge. I'm only going to work with one subliminal at a time. Yes Shannon I still couldn't believe that you were offering these custom subliminals at such a very low price, so I had to jump on it.
