The program "Seek The Challenge" is 30 minutes per track. The minimum recommended time to use a subliminal in a given 24 hour period is 4 hours. To see optimal effect, you want 8+ hours, but not more than 12 hours per day. You must use stereo headphones, earbuds or speakers to get full benefit from all of my programs, but any of those three can be used to listen to it. I suggest you prefer speakers, and be extremely careful to calibrate the volume if you use ultrasonics over headphones. I would suggest using a masked track instead, with headphones.

I am not in no hurry, I was just wondering how long of a wait I have for my order (#3073)? Also, how long is the ASC? Do I listen to it for 4-8 hours in a 24 hour period with stereo headphones?
