Believe me... you won't end up "too skinny". This algorithm correctly states that I (small frame, 67 inches tall) need to put on weight, and is accurate for me as to how much weight I need to put on muscle wise to be at my ideal weight. It also works exactly right for a guy I know who has a large frame, and is 6'2" tall and currently has a serious beer gut. It also works for a 13 year old girl I know who is anorexic... correctly stating that she is underweight, and exactly by how much she is underweight. And it works for everyone else I considered during testing. Many different people, of different body types. Relax.
