Ok. Being 175cm and more on the solid side usually what would the weight be around in kg?

I'm going to keep the specifics of the ideal weight numbers to myself on this. It will make the process much easier and effective for your conscious mind not to be involved. Just be aware that I spent a lot of time doing research on it, revising it, and coming up with an effective algorithm that actually works.
