Supplementing while using AM6 [Suggestions]

I kind of forgot brainwave stuff existed honestly. I still have a ton of iDosers that I converted to mp3's. Are there any specific tracks out there that you recommend for ADD?

I'm not sure but I think Shannon said somewhere that the beta brainwave stuff will/should help remove ADD.
From what I remember the beta track would help focus you in the normal state of awareness.
It's not subliminal so you can use it with AM6.
