I have some of the most delicious top grade green hougary frankincense that I got my hands on, and made an extract of. It's really an eye opener compared to what "frankincense" usually smells like. I also have some white hougary I extracted. Both smell miles better than what is commonly used for "frankincense oil", which if memory serves is a grade or two down in quality from hougary grade.
So far I have used vanilla bourbon and white hougary together in only one fragrance, and they are used as "steering notes" in that fragrance; you really cannot smell them by themselves in the composition. That fragrance is Sakura, and it is showcasing the scent of cherry blossoms. Very delicate, so you know I had to use these two very carefully to not blow away the main note. But that makes me wonder what I could do with such an accord.
So much still to explore...
