Remember to think of this process as conditioning your mind. Receiving unconditional love and approval from women may be an alien concept to you, but it will obviously pay off.
From my experience, I've found that women want you to have a full cup. IOW, they want you to be fulfilled in the area of women, even before you approach them. You can do that 3 ways:
1. Getting approval from women irl. (Which you can't control.)
2. Visualizing (Which is the same as actual experience)
3. NG
I wanted to mention too, that approval from women ranges from a smile to sex. It's the whole spectrum. It may not seem like it, but when you keep doing NG, you will get both and everything in between.
So NG is about "faking" an abundance of woman? Like seeing the women in the video give you approval/IOIs and start believing that it's real? So somehow like subs: hearing/seeing something till you accepting it as your reality?
