And trust me, your effort is certaintly appreciated. Also Shannon, perhaps maybe (say...in December) you could just take maybe a 5 day break from ALL activities like work, family, etc. and just relax!!! The Smokey Mountains are awesome during the winter, especially if you rent a cabin or something. Just kick back and enjoy yourself.
