I'm very familiar with Cory and to a lesser extent Brent Smith who I've met twice, both teach the same concept that's in line with DMSI which is to work on your inner game, do affirmations, and let women approach you.
It works for sure I've seen it in person and know 2 of Brent's high end clients BUT I think where a lot of guys struggle is that they think don't approach = be 100% passive and sit in the corner.
When it comes to women they're unlikely to approach a random guy and ask him for sex but what Cory and Brent do so well is create opportunities vs. approaching. Create opportunities is more about being social, laid back, non-needy, and taking charge of talking to women and making conversation BUT letting women do the work when it comes to sex. Once you approach or come in contact with a woman even if it's a "hey whats up, nice to meet you" and then bounce after 1 or 2 minutes she'll then come and approach you as long as your vibe/aura was good and she didn't view you talking to her as trying to game her or get anything from her.
Both Cory and Brent are on the expensive side but with DMSI + the free youtube videos you should be able to get everything you need:

The other part where students struggle with is escalation, it's kind of a thin line between not chasing and not escalating but IMO if a girl comes over to your apartment she knows what's likely to happen. The first 1 or 2 times she will still expect a guy to escalate towards sex but after that she gets a pass and is more direct.
I think the easiest way to describe female attraction is vulnerability, if she's putting herself in a position of vulnerability (eye contact, proximity, coming into your room, etc) then it's pretty much a green light for whatever.
