I recommend against using subliminals along with hypnosis for that reason.

But this is my break period, no subliminal programs for 90 days for me. Can I use the hypnosis while I'm waiting?

Ultimately that is your choice. Again, I recommend against it if you're planning to use subliminals within the next 30 days.

Well today was my 1st of the 90 days. So would it be ok to listen to a hypnosis program for 60 days and then do nothing for the last 30 before I start listening to subs again?
