I hate to sound like a tattle tail but for 10 dudes that don’t know each other to go and split the money to go and buy your wonderful set IMHO is a huge slight towards you and your business. I know your helping people but even you have bills to pay.
Thanks for the heads up, my friend. It isn't the sort of news I care to get, but I definitely appreciate the information. On the one hand, I expected this sort of thing to start happening eventually, as a natural by-product of becoming sufficiently successful. On the other hand, it means I am going to have to start taking measures to prevent that sort of thing that I did not want to have to take.
To those who would do this sort of thing, I'm going to lay it out to you in black and white. This is stealing. If I sell 10 copies of that program, that is a total of $1,874.80 that comes in, gross. If I sell one copy and you guys all share, that means I have a gross income of $187.43. The difference is $1,686.87 that was stolen from me. Don't think I'm going to just let that slide.
If you want what I have to offer, you need to be willing to pay for it. I'm an expert in my field, and my products work and work well. I create some of the best - if not the best - subliminals in the world, and I am already being rather generous with how I price them. That program should be $300 to $600 a copy. The other programs are also worth more than $15.00 a copy. And it's too much for you to save up to get this, instead of stealing it?
By the way, one of the things that's in the AM set already is programming to do the right thing. A genuine alpha does the right thing, and he derives self respect from that. Stealing is not something a real man would ever do. Real men have self respect, and they respect those around them. Real men understand that an expert deserves respect for having made himself an expert, and give him that respect by gladly paying him for what he produces that they want. They not only respect his knowledge, skill and determination to do right by his customers by providing the best possible product at a very reasonable price, but they take pride themselves in supporting the continuation of creating such excellence.
It's easy to copy digital media. It's not easy to create it. If people benefit from months of my knowledge, skill and sweat for vastly less than it is worth, or nothing at all, even, then what incentive do I have to keep improving it? Or even keep selling it at all?
It's not hard to save up and buy the program you want, no matter what I charge for it. It's also very easy to become an AFFILIATE and earn enough money selling my stuff to get it for yourself FOR FREE, and legally. It takes a real douche to STEAL IT instead. The sort of person who would do that is immature, selfish and thoughtless. Such people do not deserve respect, and they don't deserve to benefit from my work.
If you were in my shoes, would you appreciate such treatment? The problem with people who steal digital media is that they don't think of other people, though. It's all about themselves, their own immediate benefit, and screw anyone or anything else.
I'm in a difficult position, because like most of you, I hate being forced to do things, and DRM disturbs me. I don't want to start using DRM. But this sort of thing is no small threat to my livelihood. So please, people... think of someone other than yourselves. It's illegal because there is a very real and very negative impact on the people you are not paying for their work when you illegally copy things. How many hours do you want to work for free?
