Hi Shannon,
Is there any chance you will be updating the ideal weight subliminal any time soon?

I keep changing my mind with my emotions. What I want to do is SM thinking if I get girls I will be happy.

But what I need is to lose weight and to be able to exercise regularly. As my sex drive is very low, so I thought "what would be the point anyway if my sex drive is low and i'm getting the girls I want". And reading some of a book by Mike Mahler on optimizing hormones also brought me to the conclusion that instead of going with SM which my ego tells me to go for. I need to really work on my weight and exercise and other parts of my life and SM isn't really going to help with that. It's sad because the thought of having several girls appeals alot.

But if I look at what is better in the long term, I know it's better to work on other stuff.

I have about 2 weeks left until I finish Alpha. And for the moment I will get the 3g Ideal Weight.

Ideal Weight is one that I am not going to be updating in the next few months, most likely. I have to figure out a few things for how o improve it before I do.

SM deals with increasing your sex drive, though, and you shouldn't have a lot of trouble finding women regardless unless you're hugely obese. Women focus more on personality than looks for the most part.

That said... whichever you believe you need to do first, go for it. Just stick to whichever one you use until you're done.
