Unfortunately I only picked it because I know the pattern so well myself. I used to be pretty bad, like at night i'd randomly go and have a couple of chocolate bars and all kinds of stuff.
I've improved it majorly when I dealt with some of the emotional issues around my weight, but it still comes up sometimes. Mainly rejection and girls causes it for me now.
Hopefully it gets better as you go on.
