Teeth fall out when you are in a state of growth. In a rapid state of growth and change, they might fall out all at once. Having a single giant tooth coming in as a replacement could incidence a number of things, such as symbolically "going big" in the direction you are changing, or perhaps growing into a bigger, better you and with only one such tooth it could mean much growth is left to accomplish.

But I think we're going to have to start watching for sexism against women, here. I know I would be upset if a woman talked about men being "walking penises", so please refrain from that sort of thing.
