Well I spose it's up to you if you want to rationalize all this as "I'm just speaking my mind" when you're abusing and attacking people and you have been warned. And hiding behind 'i'm trying to help them".

Isn't helping anyone. And that's just one little example and AFTER being warned.
I assume that's directed at me. And yes I can do that and give a warning on your account next time that suspends posting privileges for a while at this rate.
